How it works
Each class is comprised of an educational component, a 50-minute workout, and a 10-minute Q&A segment. Classes run weekly for 8 weeks.
If you plan to use insurance coverage, you’ll need to begin and end each 8-week session with a documented physio assessment* to formally gauge progress. (Spoiler: You’ll feel amazing inside and out.)
*Assessments sold separately. Contact us and we’ll set you up.

Nope! It’s designed as a postnatal program but any woman who wants to restore her core and pelvic floor will benefit. The more the merrier.
-
As a rule, yes. That said, all rules have exceptions. If you have questions, email us.
-
No problem. You can follow along from home. Pre-recorded classes are included.
-
If you purchase the optional pelvic health physio assessment and reassessment package, you are essentially investing in a formal 8-week physio rehab plan. Voila! Claim partial or full expenses once your final assessment is complete.
-
Of course! Most people will. Heads up: if you go this route, the program will not qualify for coverage.
-
Yes. You’ll get complete details in a confirmation email when you enroll for the program.
-
That’s totally fine. In a perfect world, you get the assessment first but it’s not imperative. You can begin the program as soon as you’re physically ready.
-
Sadly, no. There is no elevator but you can leave it in the lobby. Carseats are a popular option for hoisting babies up to the studio. (Also worth noting: We’ve got a change table and clean baby mats for tummy time. We want your baby to feel at home too.)
-
Good question. It’s hard to put a price tag on confidence, core strength, and dry panties.
Kidding. Each 8-week session is $200 plus tax.
You are fit to care for your baby.
Your body just needs some TLC. We’ll help.
