Fit Lift
Fit Lift is a 50-minute full-body burn with quick bursts of cardio. It combines signature low-impact barre methods with beginner-friendly weightlifting exercises like squats, chest presses, and lunges. Expect heavier dumbbells, bala beams, fierce tunes, and soaring endorphins. We recommend taking at least 5 barre classes before participating in Fit Lift.
