Termination Policy

Termination Policy for autorenwing contacts

Client may notify Fit Barre Inc. prior to the contract end date, of their desire to not renew this membership by emailing info@fit-barre.com if Fit Barre Inc. receives Client’s notice of cancellation 30 days before next charge date. If Fit Barre Inc. does not receive Client’s notice of cancellation prior to the next charge date, Client will be charged for an additional payment in the amount of autopay amount and the cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the month in which the credit card was charged. Client will be allowed to continue to participate in the activities described above until the cancellation is Effective.


Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees 

Client agrees to pay Fit Barre Inc. monthly recurring fees as follows:
 autopay item for autopay amount via Client authorized automatic credit card.

NOTE: ANY LATE CLASS CANCELLATION OR MISSED CLASS MAY RESULT IN A $10 AUTOMATIC CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Please read and sign below.

  1. I agree to purchase the autopay item for autopay amount as an automatic charge to my credit card, each month.

  2. I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card on file.

  3. I understand that I will be notified if my credit card fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.

  4. I understand that my service will be deactivated if my payment becomes more than 30 days late.

  5. I agree to be charged $10 for any late cancellation or missed class. Your credit card on file at Fit Barre Hamilton will be charged $10 for each class you late cancel or no-show.
