Coming to the studio?

Please read the screening questions in your confirmation email. This is super important.

You’ll also need a mask (just for the lobby) and you must be on time. Thanks to COVID, latecomers can’t join the fun. Please read all our new procedures before you come.

Meeting us at the park?

Remember to bring your mat and weights. (If you don’t have weights, bring some cans from the pantry.)
